Are you tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting? Servexa is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. In this role, you'll resolve IT issues, conduct system maintenance, and provide help desk support for both hardware and software needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues such as software errors, connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions

  • Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and backups

  • Provide first-line help desk support for employees and customers

  • Assist with installing and configuring new software and systems

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks

  • Experience in IT support roles (minimum 2 years)

  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
